Revolut has integrated an advanced AI system into its People platform, designed to streamline the interview process with candidates and generate comprehensive performance summaries for all hires.
This innovative toolset includes AI-assisted performance evaluations, interview summarization, and engagement surveys, which are currently being deployed throughout Revolut’s expanding workforce.
The AI interview tool enhances the hiring process by aligning candidate qualifications with job requirements and evaluating interview performance. By automating feedback collection, interviewers can engage more deeply in conversations, confident that valuable insights are being recorded by the AI.
In addition to candidate feedback, Revolut’s People platform also evaluates interviewer performance, offering insights to enhance their hiring capabilities.
Once hiring is completed, the AI system continues to contribute by conducting thorough performance reviews that incorporate employee feedback, insights from one-on-one meetings, and skills utilized beyond their defined roles, resulting in more holistic assessments.
Developed in-house to support the company’s rapid expansion to 10,000 employees, the Revolut People platform was launched in 2023, initially targeting businesses in the UK and EEA.
