Call centre data security and compliance specialist Semafone has secured a majority investment from private equity firm Livingbridge, although the terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
Semafone provides technology designed to alleviate the challenges businesses face regarding consumer data protection, regulatory compliance, and security. The company believes that as payments and customer interactions become increasingly digital and the incidence of data breaches rises, it stands to gain significantly.
