Lloyds Partners with Doshi to Foster Gamified Learning for Youth

Lloyds Bank is collaborating with fintech company Doshi to create an interactive financial education platform designed specifically for students and young adults. This innovative platform introduces a gamified approach, allowing users to earn rewards through engaging activities such as lessons, quizzes, and challenges.

Participants can customize their learning journeys and accumulate points, which can be exchanged for gifts from popular retailers. Additionally, the platform incorporates artificial intelligence to provide personalized learning experiences and an interactive assistant, keeping users motivated and involved.

Tamara Van Den Ban, propositions director at Lloyds Banking Group, emphasizes the importance of this initiative, stating, “Our partnership with Doshi enables us to broaden our outreach and connect with students and young individuals. By prioritizing financial education from a young age, we empower customers to navigate their financial choices effectively during pivotal moments in their lives.”

This collaboration has evolved from the Lloyds Launch Innovation Programme, which aims to foster fintech partnerships that stimulate advancements in the financial services sector. The programme facilitates collaboration between fintechs and business experts to tackle strategic challenges and develop innovative concepts.

The initial phase of the partnership between Doshi and Lloyds will span up to six months and target individuals aged 18 to 24. Existing Lloyds customers will receive communications regarding the partnership via email.
