Indian fintech company Mswipe is making its entrance into the UK market through a partnership with Cashflows, leveraging an acquiring BIN sponsorship model.
Based in Mumbai, Mswipe has built a network of 800,000 merchants in India, providing them with payment services. With this new partnership, Mswipe will utilize Cashflows’ UK acquiring license to operate as an acquirer in the UK, overseeing merchant onboarding, pricing, settlement terms, and processing by employing its existing proprietary technology.
The acquiring BIN sponsorship model enables Mswipe to concentrate on merchant acquisition and management, while Cashflows supplies the necessary infrastructure for regulatory compliance and efficient financial operations.
