FundGuard, a cloud-native, AI-powered multi-asset class investment accounting platform, has successfully completed a $100 million Series C funding round led by Key1 Capital.
Participating in this funding round were Euclidean Capital, funds managed by Hamilton Lane, Blumberg Capital, and Team8. FundGuard has developed a platform utilized by asset managers and fund administrators for managing investments across various sectors, including mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, insurance, and pensions.
Founded in 2018, FundGuard leverages its cloud-native technology and AI capabilities to modernize and streamline investment accounting operations and workflows for firms. The capital raised, coming two years after a $40 million Series B round, will be allocated toward product innovation and the onboarding of both existing and new customers.
Lior Yogev, CEO of FundGuard, commented, “This latest significant investment round reflects the ongoing support of the industry, the confidence our investors have in the value our products bring to the market, and their trust in our leadership and strategic roadmap.”
