Form3 Secures Additional $60 Million to Realize A2A Payment Vision

UK account-to-account payments platform Form3 has secured $60 million in a Series C extension funding round, led by new investor British Patient Capital with a $10 million investment.

This latest funding brings the total for Form3’s Series C to $220 million, with participation from notable investors including Visa, Goldman Sachs, MasterCard, Barclays, Molten Ventures, and 83North.

Benyam Hagos, Chief Financial Officer at Form3, stated, “British Patient Capital’s investment allows Form3 to continue delivering mission-critical infrastructure technology for the world’s most established banks and financial institutions.”

Form3 serves a diverse client base, which includes both investor banks and emerging fintech firms such as Klarna, N26, SumUp, and Thought Machine. In the UK, Form3 processes over 50% of the country’s non-cash payment volume for clients like Barclays, Lloyds Bank, and Nationwide.
