Credit Suisse is partnering with the non-profit organization Girls Who Code to create a pathway for new technology talent in the bank’s Wall Street operations.
As part of this collaboration, Credit Suisse will conduct a two-week ‘immersion’ program for up to 60 high school students. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders of the bank and hear from a panel of technical analysts.
Marinela Tudoran, head of investment bank technology at Credit Suisse, emphasizes that the program will equip students with essential technical skills and help them establish valuable professional connections to positively impact their future careers in technology.
“This program aims to open doors for students by providing a network of knowledgeable mentors in computer science and engineering across the bank,” she states. “Together, we will work to lay the foundation for diversifying the pipeline of technologists on Wall Street.”
