Commerzbank is partnering with Microsoft to integrate generative AI and avatar technology into a new virtual assistant for its mobile application.
This innovative avatar will leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI Service, utilizing advanced GPT models to facilitate natural and engaging interactions with the bank’s private and small business clientele. Customers will have the ability to pose questions to their virtual assistant, receiving not only general information but also tailored advice suited to their individual needs.
