Ant Group has introduced a new application called Zhixiaobao, designed as a comprehensive ‘life assistant’ that links users to a variety of AI agents focused on shopping, fitness, and language learning.
Now available for download on both iOS and Android platforms, Zhixiaobao is powered by Ant Group’s proprietary BaiLing foundation model, aimed at simplifying daily tasks through intuitive user interactions.
Users can utilize the app’s features via text or voice commands to accomplish various activities such as ordering meals, booking taxis, purchasing tickets, and exploring local dining and entertainment options. This design allows for seamless access to third-party services integrated with Alipay.
Zhixiaobao also boasts several specialized AI agents, each tailored to specific areas of expertise. An ‘English Language Tutor’ agent assists users in crafting personalized learning plans and offers helpful tips for mastering the language. Similarly, a ‘Fitness Pro’ agent is available to help users develop exercise routines and provide tailored fitness guidance.

Alipay is dedicated to leveraging AI’s capabilities to enhance the user experience, ensuring that tools like Zhixiaobao play a significant role in daily life.”
In addition to Zhixiaobao, Ant Group has launched an AI Agent Development Platform, allowing merchants to create custom AI service agents that can be deployed in under a minute and without any coding expertise.
Further innovations include an AI Healthcare Manager that connects users with over 30 services, ranging from doctor recommendations and medical test result interpretations to in-hospital navigation and personalized medical advice.
