Zaion, a prominent French provider of conversational AI tailored for banking chatbots, has successfully raised €11 million in a funding round led by 115K, the venture capital arm of La Banque Postale.
La Banque Postale has been a long-standing partner of Zaion, utilizing its technology to power the personal assistant known as Lucy. This advanced chatbot manages over two million interactions each year, boasting a commendable customer satisfaction rate of 86% while enhancing the accessibility of customer service by seven to nine percentage points.
Throughout its diverse client network, Zaion’s voice AI agents have adeptly handled a staggering 25 million calls, demonstrating a natural language processing capability exceeding 90%.
The company plans to leverage this new capital to further its expansion into the European market, starting with Spain.
