Revolut has announced its plans for 2025, highlighting the introduction of an AI assistant, mortgages, ATMs, and a business credit product.
At a glitzy event in London, featuring a performance by pop star Charli XCX, the fintech giant celebrated reaching the milestone of 50 million customers.
Looking ahead, next year will see the gradual rollout of an AI-powered assistant designed to adapt to customers’ needs and preferences within the app, guiding them towards smarter money habits, improved financial decision-making, and streamlined administration.
Revolut also plans to launch its first mortgage product in Lithuania, followed by offerings in Ireland and France in 2025. The aim is to provide a fully digital service that is among the fastest on the market, with instant approval in principle and a final offer within one business day, contingent on asset valuation and necessary checks.
Branded ATMs utilizing facial recognition technology are set to be introduced, starting in Spain early next year. These ATMs will dispense cash and cards, with plans for long-term cash deposit acceptance.
Additionally, Revolut Business is set to introduce its first credit product in Europe, and the company is exploring biometric payment solutions to help businesses manage their restaurant and store operations through Revolut Kiosk.
Nik Storonsky, CEO of Revolut, stated: “2024 has been a significant year for Revolut, with millions of new accounts opened and innovative products launched across our markets. 2025 will be bigger and better. We want to revolutionize banking for the better, and we’re on the right path to achieve this.”
