The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) has introduced Amazon Web Services’ generative AI technology to enhance its development workflows. This initiative marks a significant advancement for the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization.
The implementation of generative AI has resulted in an impressive 80% reduction in the time required for documenting software tests, freeing up hours previously dedicated to manual tasks. Additionally, this technology is being leveraged to streamline code review and updates, while also simplifying the creation of developer release notes, technical summaries, and procedural documents.
