Commerzbank, Macquarie Bank, and insurance firm Signal Iduna are among the early adopters of Google Cloud’s innovative Gemini Enterprise platform.
Gemini Enterprise positions Google as a competitor to Microsoft’s 365 Copilot, offering organizations access to advanced AI capabilities for a monthly fee of $30 per user. This platform allows users—whether in marketing, finance, or any department—to analyze data and orchestrate automated processes through a user-friendly, no-code workbench. It features a suite of pre-built Google agents customized for specific tasks such as in-depth research and data analytics, while also allowing for the creation of bespoke agents.
Macquarie Bank is leveraging Gemini Enterprise to develop personalized agents aimed at enhancing individual productivity, enabling employees to summarize documents, conduct research, and draft written content. Additionally, specialized enterprise agents are being designed to address more intricate business challenges, which may eventually encompass tasks like system design documentation, document analysis, and code generation.
Meanwhile, Commerzbank has utilized the platform’s customer engagement tools to create “Bene,” its dedicated chatbot. The integration of Gemini has enhanced its capabilities, allowing it to manage over two million chats and effectively resolve 70% of all inquiries.
Signal Iduna plans to implement Gemini Enterprise for more than 10,000 employees, emphasizing the platform’s ability to integrate with internal systems such as CRM, HR, and marketing tools. This integration enables employees to access necessary data and devise tailored AI solutions to meet their daily operational challenges.
Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, stated, “We’re bringing the best of Google AI to every employee, for every workflow.”
