Mastercard Unveils On-Demand Decisioning Tool

Mastercard has introduced the On-Demand Decisioning (ODD) tool, providing financial institutions greater authority over authorization decisions.

ODD enables issuers to establish decisioning criteria directly on the Mastercard network, ensuring that transaction outcomes align with their consumer experience strategies. Utilizing a fully customizable rules engine, ODD allows financial institutions to automate and implement unique business logic and policies, resulting in instant approvals and declines.
