Klarna has priced its IPO at $40.00 per share, resulting in a valuation of $15 billion.

Additionally, Figure Technology’s upcoming IPO will further gauge market appetite, increasing its pricing range from $18 to $20 per share.
With Klara selling approximately 34.3 million shares, the company has raised around $1.37 billion through the offering. Klarna is set to begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ‘KLAR’.
