Ant International has launched Alipay+ GenAI Cockpit, an AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) platform designed to enable fintech companies and super apps to develop AI-driven financial services.
The platform integrates automated workflows and task orchestration across essential fintech operations, including payment orchestration, customer onboarding, compliance checks, fraud detection, dispute resolution, and performance optimization.
Jiangming Yang, Chief Innovation Officer of Ant International, stated, “The future of finance will be shaped by agentic AI that not only carries out tasks autonomously within reliable workflows and complex financial contexts but also interacts, evolves, and learns with increasing precision.”
Built on over 20 Large Language Models, Alipay+ GenAI Cockpit has been rigorously tested within Ant International’s key business units, including wallet gateway services, merchant payment services, cross-border account services at WorldFirst, and embedded finance for global treasury management, digital lending, and credit technology.
Following successful trials, the first external clients in Southeast Asia and South Asia are set to officially deploy the Cockpit in June 2025. The comprehensive package includes security features to mitigate scams, bank transfer rules, dispute resolution policies, and tools for automated document management.
Cockpit also offers a range of pre-built agents for common tasks, such as customer service and targeted marketing content curation, with options for businesses to customize agents for specific needs like travel advisory, tax refunds, cross-border remittance, and loyalty rewards.
