Ant Group’s insurance division has unveiled a blockchain-based digital operations platform tailored for insurance companies across China.
The Xingyun platform aims to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experience, covering all aspects from sales to customer service.
A notable feature is its AI-driven tool for insurance claim settlements, which can accurately identify 107 types of verification documents, boasting an identification accuracy rate exceeding 95%, according to Ant Group.
Additionally, insurers can establish their own digital storefronts through the Ant Insurance platform via Xingyun, enabling them to provide services directly to consumers.
Currently, more than 60 firms have adopted the Xingyun platform, highlighting its growing influence in the industry.
