Investment App Stash Secures $146 Million in Funding

American investment application Stash has successfully secured $146 million in an oversubscribed Series H funding round, spearheaded by Goodwater Capital.

Notable participants in this round include Union Square Ventures, StepStone Group, Serengeti, the University of Illinois Foundation, as well as funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Investment Management.

Stash offers a suite of personalized, AI-driven investment tools to over 1.3 million paying subscribers, managing a total of $4.3 billion in assets. The new funding will be allocated toward enhancing product innovation, expanding subscriber growth, and further advancing Stash’s AI technology.

A key component of this strategy is the introduction of Money Coach AI, a financial advisory platform designed to convert expert investing insights into real-time, personalized guidance for everyday users.

Brandon Krieg, co-CEO of Stash, emphasized the company’s vision: “For too long, financial advice has been inaccessible for many people. Stash has always aimed to change that narrative. By harnessing the capabilities of AI, we empower individuals to take charge of their finances, comprehend their options, build tangible wealth, and secure their financial future, regardless of their starting point.”
