BNP Paribas Securities Services has unveiled its latest innovation: an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to enhance client interactions.
The NextGen Online Assistant (NOA) will be integrated into the asset servicer’s client services portal, NeoLink. This assistant will initially serve clients in the UK, US, Jersey, Ireland, Colombia, and Brazil, with plans to expand into additional regions throughout the year.
Available in both French and English, NOA will be equipped to address inquiries related to custody services, settlement, cash management, and market data, with plans for future enhancements to broaden its capabilities. The virtual assistant has been developed in collaboration with Amelia, a leading conversational AI platform formerly known as IPsoft.
