Collaborating closely with Microsoft and Accenture from its offices in Madrid and Barcelona, this diverse team includes experts from multiple departments, along with specialists from CaixaBank’s technology subsidiary, CaixaBank Tech.
The partnership with Microsoft enables CaixaBank to utilize advanced GPT models and other cutting-edge technologies in a secure testing environment, including features not yet available in the mainstream market.
Key initiatives in progress focus on enhancing customer service through digital channels and improving risk analytics, both of which show significant potential for impact. Additional efforts include automating code generation, preparing test environments, and drafting necessary documentation for new technological advancements.
To identify practical applications where generative AI can enhance operations, various working groups have been established, emphasizing improvements in employee experience. CaixaBank anticipates beginning a comprehensive rollout of these innovations across the organization in 2024.
