LHV Bank, based in London, has entered into an agreement with OpenAI to license ChatGPT Enterprise, granting all employees unlimited access to this advanced generative AI toolset.
The bank is set to integrate ChatGPT Enterprise into its operations, which includes supporting a selected group of champion users and providing educational resources for all staff on the tool’s various applications.
By adopting the Enterprise edition of ChatGPT, LHV Bank aims to leverage unique features and significant advantages that extend beyond the capabilities of the standard version. Employees will experience enhanced interaction quality, increased customization options, and sophisticated data management features.
Erki Kilu, CEO of LHV Bank Limited, stated that the institution intends to recruit specialized AI engineers to help employees harness AI technologies in their everyday tasks.
