The Sustainable Finance Live conference, organized by Finextra and ResponsibleRisk, is set to take place on October 10th at Events@No6 in London. This dynamic hybrid event will feature a variety of sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and an unconference format, alongside an exciting hackathon aimed at fostering innovative risk evaluation and capital allocation models to drive progress in sustainable finance.
Kicking off on September 12th, the hackathon will include an online webinar and bootcamp preceding the in-person event on October 10th. The winning teams will be announced on October 13th at noon.
Participants will tackle problem statements focused on key themes that are vital to advancing sustainability in finance. The primary objective of the hackathon is to encourage the creation of effective and innovative sustainable strategies utilizing AI, data, and financial tools.
The event will concentrate on four major themes:
- The use of geospatial data and the integration of AI
- Strategies for de-risking the energy transition
- Development of impact-oriented financial instruments
- Ensuring a just transition
