DriveScore: Helping Safe Drivers Secure Affordable Car Financing

DriveScore, a UK-based app utilizing telematics to monitor driving behaviors for insurance savings, has announced its expansion into the car finance sector.

The company is now offering favorable loan packages for careful drivers, facilitated through partnerships with notable financial institutions including Zopa Bank, Admiral, AA Car Finance, and My Car Credit. According to DriveScore, individuals with excellent driving scores can expect to receive discounts averaging £170.

By collaborating with Cambridge Mobile Telematics, DriveScore assesses user driving habits and assigns a score out of 1000. Users have the option to share this score with a network of affiliated insurers, which enables them to benefit from reduced insurance premiums.

This new initiative broadens the advantages for users by incorporating car finance options, thanks to DriveScore’s association with ClearScore, a provider of credit scores and reports.

Andrew Hooks, Managing Director of DriveScore, stated, “As our users actively seek better financial options, we are introducing an innovative concept that demonstrates how safer driving can lead to savings not only on car insurance but also on car finance.”
