Incore Invest Secures €25 Million to Support High-Growth Fintech Companies

Incore Invest has successfully raised €25 million for a new fund aimed at accelerating the growth of high-potential SaaS, embedded finance, and fintech companies across Europe.

The fund, named Incore Invest II, will focus on supporting businesses with proven revenue models and strong growth potential, particularly in the Nordic and Northern European markets, including the UK.

Notable investors in this initiative include NHL star Victor Hedman, TV personality Renée Nyberg, artist Molly Sandén, and handball legend Staffan Olsson. Incore Invest II aims to provide long-term capital to companies that have already demonstrated solid fundamentals but require additional support to scale further. This fund adopts a selective investment strategy, targeting companies with established revenue streams and fostering hands-on partnerships to enhance operational growth.

The launch of Incore Invest II comes at a time when the fintech, SaaS, and embedded finance industries are undergoing significant changes due to regulatory shifts such as PSD2/3 and the expanding open banking framework.

Nicolai Chamizo, the CEO and founder of Incore Invest, stated: “Traditional finance is shifting towards more innovative and scalable solutions, and we see a great opportunity to support the next wave of transformative businesses.”

The fund has also enhanced its team with the hiring of Kasper Terrvik as investment manager. Terrvik brings valuable experience from his previous roles at Bloomberg’s analytics department and SEB Corporate Finance, where he focused on technology and growth companies, offering expertise in deal sourcing, valuation, and financial modeling.

Terrvik expressed enthusiasm for the new fund, saying: “With our new fund, we have the mandate to pursue high-growth software businesses across multiple verticals, and I look forward to identifying and supporting the most promising companies in this space.”

Current companies within the Incore Invest portfolio include Brite Payments, Mynt, Savr, and Kameo.
