Temenos Plans to Hire 200 Tech Professionals for New Innovation Hub in Florida

Temenos is set to hire 200 professionals in technology and product development for a new innovation hub located in Florida. This facility will serve as a collaborative environment, where Temenos staff can partner with U.S. banking clients to co-create products driven by emerging technologies, including Generative AI.

Jean-Pierre Brulard, the CEO of Temenos, stated, “This investment aligns with our strategic commitment to the U.S. market, enhancing our product offerings, expanding market reach, and fostering growth through strategic partnerships. By bringing our technology development closer to our American clients, we are accelerating customer-focused innovation specifically designed for the U.S. landscape.”

Situated in Orlando, the hub is strategically positioned near The University of Central Florida (UCF) and various STEM-focused institutions, which offers access to a rich talent pool and the opportunity to strengthen connections with the Central Florida tech community.

Barb Morgan, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Temenos, remarked, “The Temenos Innovation Hub represents a transformative step for both Temenos and our U.S. clients. With a strong emphasis on innovation—investing approximately 20% of our revenues in R&D—this center will serve as a catalyst for reshaping the future of banking. Our goal extends beyond showcasing our industry-leading solutions; we aim to collaborate with our clients and partners to address real challenges and propel the next wave of banking technology.”
