LeapXpert Secures $22 Million for Financial Services Messaging Platform

Business communications vendor LeapXpert has successfully raised $22 million in a Series A+ funding round led by Rockefeller Asset Management through its Technology Ventures Group.

Uncorrelated Ventures, the Partnership Fund for New York City, and existing investors also participated in this funding round.

As financial services firms face increasing scrutiny from regulators regarding their use of messaging applications like WhatsApp for client communications, LeapXpert has developed a platform designed to ensure compliance, information security, and data governance.

The LeapXpert platform allows companies to provide their employees with a unified corporate identity for business communications across various messaging apps, including iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, WeChat, Signal, and Line, as well as voice calls. This setup enables the recording of all business-related communications while keeping personal messages private. Additionally, clients can communicate on their preferred messaging app, with the platform also offering native integration with Microsoft Teams.

Dima Gutzeit, CEO of LeapXpert, stated: “Our goal is to set the global standard for responsible and flexible employee-customer communications, and with this funding, we are one step closer to achieving our vision.”
