JPMorgan Launches Suite of Sustainable Investment Data Products

JPMorgan is set to equip institutional investors with sustainable investment data sourced from a variety of market data providers.

Available through the bank’s data analytics platform, Fusion, this suite of products integrates information from Bloomberg, Equileap, FactSet, ISS ESG, MSCI, RepRisk, Revelio Labs, S&P Global, and Sustainalytics. It offers a comprehensive array of tools for custom analysis, scoring, stock selection, compliance monitoring, and reporting.

The data is enhanced with common identifiers and provided in standardized formats, facilitating seamless integration between different datasets. This platform addresses several key challenges in sustainable investing by granting access to normalized data from multiple providers while giving investors the flexibility to manage, screen, and develop custom metrics.

Gerard Francis, head of data solutions at JPMorgan, stated: “Data for sustainable investing is particularly challenging due to its scale, inconsistency, and incompleteness. We are excited to collaborate with our providers to deliver a distinctive and transformative solution for investors. Fusion merges data, technology, and service at scale, enabling investors to derive value in minutes rather than months.”
