Kuady Card has launched in Peru, introducing a virtual prepaid Mastercard designed to offer a secure, flexible, and convenient payment solution for users in the region.
The card will be linked to the Kuady app, enabling users to make online purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted. There is also an option to request a physical card for in-store transactions.
This initiative is part of Kuady’s broader strategy to enhance its services by providing more versatile and secure payment options. Customers will enjoy instant access to their payouts, allowing immediate spending, while online merchants can pay out directly to Kuady accounts.
This launch follows Open Payment Technologies’ announcement of Kuady’s introduction in Peru and Chile earlier this year. Additionally, Kuady has recently expanded its operations with a new office in Bulgaria.
Lorenzo Pellegrino, CEO at Kuady, expressed excitement about the launch: “We are thrilled to introduce the Kuady card to our users in Peru, where the demand for flexible and secure payment solutions is rapidly growing. The launch of our virtual prepaid Mastercard is a significant milestone for us. It not only expands our service offerings but gives our customers greater control and convenience in managing their financial transactions.”
He added, “We understand that our customers value both security and flexibility when managing their finances. The Kuady card offers a new way to shop online securely, with the added benefit of future integration into mobile wallets for seamless contactless payments.”
