Payments is Set for a Revamp

Finextra is returning to Stockholm to explore key topics in the Nordic banking sector at the NextGen Nordics 2024 conference on April 23rd.

Visa will once again serve as the lead sponsor, joined by additional supporters including Intix, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, NICE Actimize, PPI, Swift, Tietoevry Banking, and Worldline. Exhibitors at the event will feature Crosskey and StoneX.

Following the success of last year’s gathering, which attracted over 300 attendees, the conference will take place at the Münchenbryggeriet in the heart of Stockholm. With the agenda now available on the site, we would like to highlight some key topics that will be addressed.

This year’s themes have been updated but still encompass critical issues in Nordic payments. Discussions will include collaboration, real-time payments, cross-border payments, ISO 20022, request to pay, confirmation of payee, data security, fraud mitigation, BNPL, risk management, and AI.
