Mastercard has expanded its Product Express platform, which launched in Latin America earlier this year, to several new markets, allowing fintechs to implement card programs within days.
Product Express enables fintechs to choose the product that suits their needs, select certified partners for implementation, and monitor progress through all phases of the process. According to Mastercard, this facilitates a significant reduction in time-to-market, with card programs launching in as little as 15 days.
In its first year, Mastercard has onboarded various BIN sponsors, processors, and program managers, including Blusalt, Episode Six, FOO, Giftstarr, i2c, Nymcard, Optimus, Paymentology, and Wema Bank onto the platform.
Following its initial rollout in Latin America, the platform is now launching in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and additional Latin American markets.
Jennifer Premisler, SVP of fintech solutions at Mastercard, stated, “We are thrilled to expand the reach of Product Express to more partners, regions, and solutions. By creating a better experience for all parties, we foster innovation and reduce time to market.”
